"It's not often that I write a song like Sun Daughter. Most of my music reflects a deep melencholic reaction to the struggles in life, that we all face. I wrote this song with an optimistic outlook; I was about to set sail for Europe to play my music and record a new album, and this came out. Some of the themes deal with saying goodbye to loved ones, travel, having the courage to leave your home and find a new one....leaving Australia.
