about

"I had already finished recording this song when I watched the recent Stone Roses documentary, which inspired me to record a lead break over the whole song. It was fun to play, but took forever to edit out all the rubbish. There should be a limit to the number of takes you get at a lead break."

lyrics

Waiting for the memory to fade away
But there's more than meets the eye
Waiting for the hours to go away
I didn't mean to be so high
Waiting for the memory to fade away
I didn't mean to think so hard
Waiting for the hours to go away
I didn't mean to be so high
