Popboomerang Records is an Australian music label. The company, founded by Scott Thurling, released its first CD in the year 2002 and has an impressive catalogue of 80 recordings to date.
Popboomerang specialises in all forms of melodic pop and rock (power pop, jangle, folk & punk pop) and predominantly works with Australian bands with the aim to building their careers locally & internationally.

Popboomerang has a strong track record of song placements in TV, Film & Ads and is an area of music business that the label hopes to grow over the coming years & key point of discussion at “Bigsound 2011”.
Popboomerang is looking to form alliances with Music Synchronisation Companies, Music Supervisors, Film producers & Ad agencies with the aim for placing Popboomerang songs in their works. (also looking for overseas label partners in the traditional sense)
